ISO 9000 Management Overview 6 hours

This 6 hour concentrated course is intended for management personnel wanting to understand the basic requirements of the 20 elements included in the ISO 9000 National Standard and the process involved in implementing an ISO 9000 compliant quality system. Documentation requirements and documentation management techniques will be reviewed. Answers to general questions about the registration process and implementation methodology will be discussed, as well as management and employee responsibilities.

Target Audience: ISO 9000 program managers, presidents and persons responsible for the implementation of the ISO 9000 quality system.
