ISO 9000 Employee Overview will provide participants with an overview and basic understanding of the origin, history and evolution of the ISO 9000 National Standard. This course includes a basic overview of the 20 elements of ISO 9000, the ISO 9000 documentation system, the registration process and management and employee responsibilities.
