The Quality Policy Manual is the Level I documentation of an ISO 9000 compliant system and is typically requested by the registrar when a company begins to prepare for registration. The Quality Policy Manual outlines a company's "intent" to meet the requirements of the ISO 9000 National Standard. In this training session, participants will be provided with a template manual on disk that they will be able to use in creating a rough draft Quality Policy Manual specific to their own company.
