Documentation and Implementation 8 Hours

Documentation and Implementation is designed to explain and demonstrate the four levels of documentation needed to meet the requirements of the ISO 9000 National Standard. These include, Level I Quality Policy Manual, Level II - Procedures, Level III - Work Instructions, and Level IV - Forms and Records. Participants will receive example documents from a variety of different industries that are ISO 9000 compliant and have met the requirements for registration. Implementation methodology will be demonstrated and discussed.

Target Audience: Anyone responsible for developing the documentation systems required to meet ISO 9000 for their company.
