ISO 9000 requires that you document "what you do" and that you have the evidence to prove that you are doing what you have documented. This does not need to be a paper or labor-intensive process. Using your own internal network and existing tools, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, participants will learn how to create a specific directory in their own internal network that will allow them to manage documents in a paperless environment. This system will also allow them to make changes, corrections and improvements electronically and then communicate that information seamless to all parties involved, through the company's own network.

Target Audience: Anyone responsible for managing the documentation required to meet ISO 9000.
