Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) 16 Hours

Introduction to the FMEA and it's place in the APQP process is the focus, with the output being, where practical, a FMEA completed on the class' product line. This course will include both Process and Design FMEA, and the use of a FMEA to create the design, verification, plan and report (DVP&R) and other Design Control Systems. A thorough explanation of column definitions and relationships are described to assure correlation to your company's requirements.

Target Audience: Design and Process Engineers.

Prerequisite: Strongly suggest APQP prior to this class.
