Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) 8 Hours

MSA requirements, applicability and the relationship to the Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility are the focus of this class. The explanation of the GR&R data analysis for each column, each row is done to assure the student has the ability to understand how to trouble shoot results, should that be necessary. The MSA manual will be reviewed in it's entirety and Gage R&Rs will be performed in class.

Target Audience: Design and Process Engineers, Quality Engineers, Technicians and Laboratory personnel.

Prerequisite: Participants A basic knowledge of mathematics should be understood prior to class attendance.
