SPC - Statistical Process Control Overview 16 HoursIntroduction to statistics and variation are described, including basic charting formulas and charting techniques. Logical subgroups for attribute and variables charting will be discussed to assure personnel know what and why they are charting. Understanding the process and where variation comes from will be discussed to assure elements that are charted are logically going to describe useful variation. Capability studies and the effects of Poor MSA performance on the Capability study will be reviewed so the student can troubleshoot a poor CpK. Target Audience: Design and Process Engineers, Quality Engineers and Technicians. Prerequisites: Participants should have a basic knowledge of mathematics prior to attending this class. |
